Having rung round a number of suppliers WoodFlooringSupplies were definitely my first choice - Kerry was very knowledgeable about what I would need and Mark dealt with my order straight away. Having arranged my delivery, I then had to delay it - NO PROBLEM- I then had to add some additional items, again - NO PROBLEM.

I was also informed on the morning when my delivery was coming. All this and they were the best price too! We have already recommended them to friends. I was not sure whether the Oak nose trim on the site would be suitable for my stairs. I contacted Mark via live chat and he said he would send me a sample, which arrived the next day.

Was just what I wanted and when I ordered I got to select delivery day. Plus in the morning I got a text with a two hour delivery time slot. After delivery got two texts to confirm that my order was all OK. The Oak Nose trim and the Oak threshold strips were of excellent quality. When live chat was not available emails were answered within the hour.
