Have now ordered a new washing machine. There is a slight dent, on the side of the item and the Delivery driver was going to take it back to depot amd bring me another one straight away. It is only a small dent, hardly noticeable, so I was ok about it and kept it. From ordering to Delivery, staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough to please very impressed and happy with my purchase.

Toplex now offers a quick and easy in-home repair service in Blackburn and the surrounding areas for most appliances. A call out charge of 29.99 (inclusive of VAT) applies, which covers the call out and initial diagnosis. If the appliance is irreparable/beyond economical repair, then the 29.99 is discounted from the price of a new machine.

Delivery man managed to fit this even though there was a slight hiccup with the space it was going. Another top class delivery and installation by Karl, Steve and the guys at Toplex Lytham. Quality products with good guarantees at fair prices while supporting your local retailer. Fast efficient supply and installation removing pacaging and old machines they have never let me down.
