Outstanding from start to finish. Plenty of choice, expert advice on underlay options, no hard sell rubbish and, most importantly, the actual fitting of our carpet has clearly been carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Was recommended by a friend to go to Balcombe flooring to get a quote. Tho shop is small it had lots of samples to show. Alex came quickly and gave us a quote. We were happy with it and decided to go ahead. We received very good service from Alex & Co. Even after sell was great! Completely changed the look of our home. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Alex has been a joy to work with due to his expertise, patience, humour and can-do attitude. Amtico has been expertly installed in an extended living area and now we are choosing runners for the stairs. Thanks again to you and your team!
