I can't rate this business as I have never used them. However, as an artist / painter, I do have a live / workshop studio in the same building.

Pros - Cheap prices and quick delivery.
Cons - Lack of communication - no advance notice of delivery date. It seems that they regenerate the order with their supplier, since the delivery didnt match my order but matched their paperwork so check delivery carefully. Also when then ask about access they mean can they get a 25 ton truck to your property.

I got delivered wrong and/or faulty items. Their customer service is appalling, it's impossible to get someone to sort things out. Make sure you pay by Paypal.

Very poor customer service. They couldn't deliver some blocks and promised me a refund, but two months later I'm still waiting and I can't get hold of anyone to sort this out for me. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.
