Personally I would not use them but the people responsible for the maintenance of my property do. They came to fix a leaking water cylinder & left my flat with water flooding it, called them up and another workman came and like the first said the insulation around the cylinder needed to "dry out", I was left again with water pouring everywhere, this went on for a week.. I called them again and told them to come and turn the water off as the situation was getting worse, by this time damage had also been caused to the home of my neighbour downstairs. My flooring has been damaged. Another occasion
