At first diamond were very good and helpful. After they received our deposit they stopped talking to us. It's been two months now, a survey should have been carried out weeks ago. Or that's what they told us. My wife has been calling once a week to find out what's happening and they just fob her off. We feel a bit scammed to be honest.
Shame as they came highly recommended.
