Fantastic experience with The Right Build Group throughout the whole process from surveying to completion. Initially just replacement of bathroom subfloor & re-tiling but mentioned to the surveryor that the works are to help sell the flat and he said please do have a think of anything else around the flat that needs doing as they can do a full range of work, which we did and they were so flexible in adding / removing things etc. Good communication, extremely trustworthy, clearly want to do things correctly and I am truely stunned by the attention to detail they have shown - I'm still finding things

Really great service from this team. Great consultation at the start of the project - didnt feel like they were trying to rush through like other companies. Quote received in a couple of days; really good communication throughout as we went back and forth to book a date. Builder Ivan was lovely and very talented. He did an even better job than we expected AND the quote was bang on. Couldnt recommend more.

The team under Bisers leadership was professional, respectful and diligent in its excellent execution of the complex repairs in a listed building. There was a true collaboration between the builder, the RIGHTBUILD back office and the insurance company to ensure all was completed to agreed standards and price. The final work completion review with last touch ups demonstrates the teams focus on customer satisfaction. I recommend this company and thank the team
