Services
Pressure Washing
Our industrial-grade pressure washing systems deliver up to 3,600 psi for deep cleaning of driveways, patios, and commercial surfaces. Using advanced rotary surface cleaners, we remove ingrained dirt, oil stains, and organic growth without damaging substrates. Our technicians adapt pressure levels for different materials, ensuring safe yet effective cleaning for concrete, block paving, and tarmac surfaces across residential and commercial properties.
Gutter Cleaning
Specialist gutter cleaning service prevents water damage through comprehensive debris removal and downpipe unblocking. We use industrial vacuum systems and high-pressure water jets to clear gutters on domestic and commercial properties. Our preventative maintenance approach includes checking for leaks, ensuring proper water flow, and providing advice on seasonal upkeep to protect building integrity and prevent costly repairs from water ingress.
Render Cleaning
Professional softwashing technique removes algae, moss, and atmospheric pollutants from silicone-based and traditional renders. Our low-pressure system preserves delicate surfaces while eliminating organic growth and discolouration. We treat K Rend, Weber, and Sto systems with pH-balanced solutions, restoring original appearance without the need for repainting, and apply protective coatings to prolong cleanliness and surface longevity.
Graffiti Removal
Rapid-response graffiti removal service employs chemical treatments, steam cleaning, and specialist coatings to restore surfaces without damage. We handle brick, concrete, metal, and glass using surface-specific solvents that remove paint without affecting original finishes. Our preventative anti-graffiti coatings create protective barriers, and we offer sacrificial layers for easy future removal, maintaining property aesthetics while deterring repeat vandalism.
Decking Restoration
Comprehensive decking cleaning and restoration using low-pressure systems with environmentally friendly chemicals. We remove algae and stains from softwood, hardwood, and composite materials, followed by sanding and protective oiling to revive original appearance. Our treatments enhance wood longevity while preserving structural integrity, with options for sealing and colour enhancement to maintain aesthetic appeal and safety by eliminating slip hazards.

If you want your roof cleaning properly, professionally and with no mess left afterwards then speak to Danny at Kleenaway. We had lots of moss on our roof and were given a very accurate description of the process to remove it and the mess it would make. Danny was true to his word and half the time was cleaning the moss and half the time was cleaning up the mess. It was spotless and no mess left after Danny had finished. I will definitely use Kleenaway again for their professionalism and honest service.

Danny restored the aluminium window frames at our commercial property, we were recommended to him by a one of our neighbours on our industrial estate. We thought we would need new windows as ours were faded and just made the building look shabby. I cant recommend this cleaning service enough. Our windows look brand new, thanks Danny.
