Services
Drain Cleaning
Our high-pressure water jetting effectively removes blockages and buildup in domestic and commercial drainage systems. Using advanced equipment, we clear silt, grease, and debris from pipes ranging from household drains to mainline sewers. This essential maintenance service prevents future issues and maintains optimal drainage functionality across central Scotland.
CCTV Surveys
Our specialist CCTV units provide detailed internal pipe condition assessments without excavation. This diagnostic service identifies cracks, root intrusion, and blockages with precision. The findings inform targeted repairs, reducing unnecessary disruption while ensuring accurate problem resolution for both residential and business clients.
Patch Lining
This innovative trenchless method creates watertight repairs using resin-infused glass matting. Ideal for cracked pipes and displaced joints, patch lining eliminates excavation needs. The process delivers durable, cost-effective solutions that restore pipeline integrity while minimising property disruption and reinstatement requirements.
Root Cutting
Professional root intrusion management using specialist cutting equipment prevents pipe damage. We remove invasive tree roots from drainage systems while preserving pipe integrity. This service addresses common causes of blockages and structural damage in both urban and rural environments.
Tank Cleaning
Comprehensive cleaning of septic tanks and industrial drainage systems using high-pressure jetting technology. Our vacuum plant equipment handles grease traps, interceptor tanks, and large-scale commercial systems. This service maintains hygiene standards and regulatory compliance for businesses requiring regular tank maintenance.

Wanted to charge me 78 hour drive time excluding VAT to drive to my property Dalgety Bay to Dysart. If a builders merchant can deliver a ton of gravel to my property in a huge truck for free this certainly feels a rip off. Metro Rod also in Dalgety Bay charged only when they arrived at property. Bit more expensive but don't seem to charge for drive time. Saved a load!

Speedy response (twice in one day). Lovely guys to deal with from phone call to service. The two gentleman that came to our house, one was called Jack, did not get the other mans name but could not have been more attentive and willing to help, including liaising with Scottish Water to find a solution to the issue which turned out to be a cracked pipe in the street. Thanks for your help and understanding, would highly recommend!
