Steve and his team completed a complex build for us and we are extremely pleased with the results. The firm employs staff who are both friendly and professional. The foreman did a great job of liaising with us and being nimble if and when things changed, as they often do. Flexibility and knowledge is the key in complex builds, and Steves team have this in spades and were able to rise to the challenge. Recommended.

Steve Brook project managed the loft conversion to my Edwardian property. The team he put in place were superb; their work was of the highest standard. Steve organised the various tradesmen necessary and in spite of Covid problems managed to complete the work without undue delay. Highly recommended.

We have used SW Brook for various home building projects over many years. The team are very reliable, considerate and polite. I get the impression that Steve chooses who works for him very carefully. From the initial consultation, Steve is easy to get on with and works hard to understand your requirements. He works within your budget to produce the best possible outcome. However, he is also practical and manages expectations so you know what you are getting without any surprises along the way.
