I've had the crystal USB sockets for some time now and really like the modern look they give my room while they recharge my phone and various other devices every night. Recently I've 'upgraded' my lighting to smart lighting and found they do matching Friends of Hue light switches, however I bought a non-Friends of Hue switch that looked the same. On contacting Retrotouch support Melvyn has patiently explained the issue and offered to help fix my mistake while never pointing out the obvious fact i had been a bit of a plonker - fantastic customer service from a fantastic british company.
