Twice I've been in now wanting to buy a rug and twice I've been almost ignored. I realise a 20 rug is not a record purchase but good luck to them if they can afford as a business to turn down sales

Great service all round! James at the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. We werent 100% certain of what we needed and were expertly guided by him. The fitters have just fitted our stair runner and carpet and we are delighted! They arrived on time, did a great job and left everywhere tidy. We are carpeting the house in stages so will be back. Highly recommend their service.
