I would definitely recommend Shire Surveyors to anyone. I needed an independent valuation to be released from a help to buy loan - they are able to undertake the survey in around two weeks, at a date and time that suited me, for less than I was expecting to pay.
Sam was very punctual and considerate (in that we both wore masks) during the entire survey. The report was extremely detailed but not so technical that a layman couldn't understand it and should be exactly what the homes and communities agency want me to provide.

I would highly recommend Shire Surveyors! I really didn't know where to start when looking for a Surveyor, but after finding Shires on the RICS website and contacting the team, I was immediately reassured that they were going to be brilliant and they were. They were highly responsive and friendly, they got our survey arranged quickly and the standard of the report we received was very detailed and useful!
