This company should change their name to Well get back to you as that is all you get when you phone them. After four phone calls, two with Tina who sounded as though she was in charge, when I was told Well get back to you I heard nothing. When you have a roof that you are worried about you need good customer care even if it is to say sorry we are too busy at the moment . At least then you can move on and contact another company. I find this attitude arrogant and thoughtless.
