Boiler Installation
We install A-rated combi, conventional, and pressurised boilers from Worcester Bosch, Baxi, and Ideal. All installations include wireless programmers, magnetic filters, and up to 8 years warranty. Our engineers complete most jobs within 1-2 days, ensuring minimal disruption while maximising energy efficiency and heating performance for York properties.
Central Heating Repair
Emergency and scheduled repairs for all boiler types and heating systems. Our Gas Safe engineers diagnose faults rapidly using advanced testing equipment. Services include radiator replacements, condensate pipe fixes, and system pressure adjustments. We prioritise same-day call-outs for YO area customers experiencing critical heating failures.
Magna System Flushing
Our preferred de-sludging method uses MagnaFlush technology to remove 99% of metallic sludge from central heating systems. This two-hour process extends boiler lifespan and improves efficiency. We recommend installing magnetic filters during boiler replacements to maintain system cleanliness and protect warranties.
Oil Boiler Replacement
OFTEC-certified installations for rural properties using oil or LPG systems. We supply and fit high-efficiency boilers with 5-7 year warranties. Our two-man teams handle full system conversions, including tank safety checks and flue positioning, ensuring compliance with current regulations while optimising heating performance for Scarborough and Malton customers.
Gas Safe Servicing
Annual safety checks and efficiency optimisation for all boiler types. Our certified engineers inspect gas pressure, combustion rates, and safety devices while providing detailed reports. Regular servicing maintains manufacturer warranties and ensures safe operation, with discounts available for customers combining servicing with magnetic filter installations.
