Really bad service - no communication about when to expect the order. Spoke on the phone and was told the products were on back order - why wasn't this on the website when I ordered them? But customer services assured me they would be in and shipped to me in the next 2 days. Three days later I call up to find out where they are and they still haven't even arrived with PlumbArena. Won't be getting an order or recommendation from me!

Terrible company to use, only had a kitchen tap for a couple of weeks when it broke, tried phoning and left message, no reply, sent loads of emails but no one responds, dont use this company go elsewhere.

Do not trust the delivery date given by this company
Assured delivery of a boiler pump on a specific date. Assured via email and verbally by the delivery team. It did not arrive. I will not use them again.
