Combi Care specialise in the servicing and repairs of combination and domestic wall hung boilers. We deal directly and are trained by some of the leading manufacturers to ensure the highest level of service to our customers.

To maintain the guarantee, please ensure that it is serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer annually. All Ideal boilers come complete with a parts and labour warranty, ranging from two to ten years. At Combicare we are delighted to work with industry leading brands including Worcester, Vaillant and Ideal.

An annual service is recommended by all manufacturers to prolong the life of the boiler. A service checklist will be completed with every service to ensure all vital components are cleaned and well maintained. The operation of all controls will be checked and explained for the most efficient setup.

I recently needed a boiler replacement and Paul and Jonny from Combi Care completed the installation of my new boiler - I was really pleased with the quality of their work, all questions I had were answered clearly and my house was left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
Its easy to contact Combi Care as Becky in the office is extremely helpful and efficient. I will definitely use their services in the future and would highly recommend them.

Can't recommend combi care enough, from start to finish very good service. They gave a few recommendations for our options rather than just try and sell a boiler right out the gate. Guys turned up bright and early on the day of our boiler replacement and where finished by lunch, even after a complications. Thank you combi care!

I have been using Combicare Weston Ltd to service and repair when necessary my boiler for the last 16 years and have found them to be an absolutely fantastic company.

During the Christmas shutdown 2024 my boiler sprung a leak and a Jan can be reacted while on holiday by sending out an engineer to assess the problem.
It became clear after investigation that my old boiler needed replacing I received a quotation again during their holidays and a new boiler was fitted on the 3rd of January by two of their engineers who managed to strip out the old boiler and fit a new one within the working Day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Combicare Weston Ltd.

What an amazing group of very kind and effective people! Excellent service and care for my elderly parent’s Combi Boiler service visit. Life is quite a struggle for everyone at the moment especially if you also suffer with dementia. Every member of this company put themselves out to resolve a problem and continue the excellent service and maintenance care. Five stars to you all!

Really professional survey and quotation, nothing was too much trouble. The high quality boiler was fitted with a minimum of dust and disruption. Friendly, and professional, and reasonably priced. Would thoroughly recommend.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. We have had years of good service with our annual boiler service and they have just done an amazing job with our boiler conversion.

What a brilliant company.
Having been let down by another local company, who didn’t even bother calling me back; I popped into the office to see if they could help.
The lovely office manager arranged for one of the guys to come round the following day. She also explained the pricing structure and payment details very clearly, so there were no nasty surprises.
The following day the engineer arrived an hour ahead of his appointment time - which was fine with me.
He diagnosed the boiler problem as a broken rubber diaphragm (£2.63), got on with the job and was out of there within half an hour

Came out to look at our boiler, but needed a part so couldn't service the boiler. Planned to come back another time to service the boiler and fit the part, but in the meantime, we found someone that had quoted us half the price of Combi Care so I cancelled the appointment. I was then told by Becky (who was very confrontational on the phone) that we had to pay a call out fee for the first call out. This was never mentioned, ever. We didn't know how much it was and never agreed to it. Was told I would be blocked from their system so I could never use them again, which suited me just fine. I would
