Our new Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) lets us safely reach the places others can't. Needed something done to 3 conifers that we were told were dwarf ( they were HUGE and very wide, certainly not dwarf ) The guys were very professional and polite and certainly worked hard in the heat. Well worth enlisting their services and very good price.
Garden looks so much better now. Second time using Lord of the Trees - highly recommend. No job is too small. First time round, removed VERY high branches from an oak tree; that and other trees now under control and was able to cut back the branches myself so this time they just chipped the branches.

Lord of the trees have been providing firewood logs to addresses throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians since 2003. All of our firewood logs are from sustainable sources in the local area. Hardwoods burn longer than soft woods and work better for overnight heating. They will usually have coals left over in the morning so you can quickly restart your fire.
Felling

Trees which have outgrown the garden they occupy and/or dead, diseased or dangerous trees sometimes need to be removed entirely. When there is enough space, a straight fell is the quickest and most straight-forward way to remove a tree. It involves cutting the tree at the base and allowing it fall to the ground before processing.
Hedge cutting

We are able to cut virtually any hedge from small privet hedges in domestic gardens to this mighty 50ft hedge at Duddingston golf course! We have the tools and the training, from our mobile platform to our long reach hedge cutters to tackle the most awkward of hedges. If your hedge is looking the worse for wear, a skillful prune can improve it's appearance and give it a new lease of life.
