What are your showroom opening hours?
Our showroom is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. We're closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer local delivery within 20 miles of our showroom for orders over £250. Charges apply for smaller orders and closer proximity deliveries.
Can I order online?
While we primarily operate through our showroom and telephone orders, our website provides product listings and special offers for customer reference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments for telephone orders, with payment required at the time of ordering for showroom purchases.

5 star doesnt feel high enough, but thats all i can give. From minute one it was a good experience. The phone was answered quickly, professionally, politely, the original quote was quick and accepted very quickly, Performed quickly and VERY professionally by Steve. We then needed some more works done and these were quoted just as fast and carried out quickly. The date of the 2nd work had to be postponed as one of our house had to self isolate and the work was VERY quickly re-arranged. nothing seems too much trouble for Oakley Carpets. A VERY impressive service and will definitely recommend them

We have lived in Oakley for nearly 40years and they have provided and fitted all our carpets - some twice - in that time. A great selection of carpets, excellent fitters and really polite and friendly service.
