This company produced a flawed report about a property driveway that had a financial impact of 3576 on Leaseholders in an adjacent property. The location was in Cherwell Road, Heathfield, East Sussex. The overall construction of the 9 page report was biased in favour of the driveway owner and was flawed to the extent that it lacked any technical details at all. These details were easily obtained by myself as a layman in one hour including phone calls and travelling time. The report failed to state the age of the Driveway, 53 years, sub standard single layer asphalt laid on broken bricks
