Lovely, bought a rooted Christmas half price, food was lovely, 50%off Christmas stuff. Nothing on Wychbold store but still lovely

Unfortunately, the cafe is not family friendly. We were made to feel like an irritation for having a baby in a pushchair. We were then ignored while customers who arrived after us were able to order and received their coffees before anyone had even approached our table. The wait time didn't bother us, however, the cafe was not busy, there were plenty of staff who kept looking at us and genuinely ignoring us. One member of staff only approached after we had decided to leave and did apologise, which we appreciated, but it honestly felt like we were ignored while staff served their friends/regulars

What a brilliant trail. We had a lovely evening wandering through the Enchanted Gardens at Webb's Droitwich. The lights and displays are lovely and fit the setting perfectly. Meeting Santa was a wonderful end to the trail and he spent ample time with each family. The food tipi tent was very warm and cosy and food was great. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Special mention to "Elf Jess" who really played the part. Our little boy was amazed to find out that she went to Elf School with our Christmas Elf! Thank you Webb's, we all really enjoyed our evening.

We had the most wonderful Santa visit at Hagley this afternoon. The staff were friendly, helpful and took the most wonderful photos for us. The Santa was kind and thoughtful and really engaged with the children. A huge thumbs up for the whole experience!
