What are your current opening hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-4:30pm. Check our website for holiday exceptions.

Can I return plants if they arrive damaged?

Unfortunately I live in Manchester so havent had the chance to visit the garden centre buttt I love browsing their website and have placed several orders with them! Customer service is spot on and are always ready to resolve any issues. Highly recommend for online plant shopping 10/10 service.

I got great service from the information shed situated in the middle of the garden centre. I bought gravel, compost, a mature honeysuckle and a pot. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, and you can get it right to your car. It's not the cheapest in the world but not the most expensive either, and the choice and service are worth every penny.

Best Garden Centre I've ever visited! Amazing selection of outdoor and indoor plants, well laid out, anything you'd need! Staff are also so kind and willing to help, I was served by Victoria and she was very understanding and had more than enough time for me even with a large queue! Helping me with my compost choice and when my gift card wasn't working. Customer service was outstanding. Definitely will recommend this garden centre to anyone and so worth a little extra time on a journey

The best indoor plant selection ever!! Don't really know about anything else as that's all I go for
But if you are house plant obsessed like me, then this is the place to be
There's a massive range of different indoor plants, and you can the same plants but at different ages which is great
Really beautiful pots as well
