History
Report
Cameron Landscapes & Garden Centre was founded by the late Ronnie Cameron in 1968. Ronnie had worked for the parks department in Belfast but had always dreamed of owning his own garden centre and landscape business. With more than a little persuasion his wife Pat parted with her savings and they purchased Ballylesson House in 1968.

Went for breakfast with some friends. Staff in cafe were very disorganised and at one point rude. Food was average for the price.

We went to visit the cafe and have a walk about, though met some friends walking in and by the time we chatted, had a coffee and a snack which wasn't bad, we didn't get a chance to walk around. But what we did see seemed well planned and a good variety of plants, garden products and other gift ideas. Will be back when we have more time

Called in for breakfast. Poached eggs with granary toast. Hubby had full Irish breakfast. Warm welcome for us including our dog, who was served up a dish of chicken breast for a small fee. Ate Al fresco surrounded by the lovely pots/trees & shrubs

This lovely garden cafe . It has amazing choice of options for breakfast and lunch which one can choose . I had the Quiche and their salads . They were quite sumptuous !! I also tried the traybakes for desserts which were perfectly sweet with decaf latte and hot chocolate. Fabulous place !! Recommended to try !!

Fabulous garden centre packed full of beautiful, healthy plants. My mother and I always look forward to her annual birthday trip for bedding plants in May and any other excuse to go throughout the year. Great gift shop and restaurant too.
