It really isn't worth saving a few quid when it could lead to needing a much more expensive lock change in the long term. We hand-finish every mortice key by checking the key works with the lock manually, thereby minimising wear. Properly trained staff select the correct key blank, only using 'universal' key blanks when necessary.

After contacting Danny Cusworth, he quickly obtained the 'obsolete parts' and repaired the door for less than a tenth the price of a new one. I checked on Google and contacted Danny who came out and not only fixed the problem but adjusted it as well, i would defiantly recommend Danny and use his services again.

Turns out the other company were charging for items that were not broke and asking for a fortune to carry out the work. Cusworth charged just 70. They are an honest, friendly and reliable company that I would not hesitate to recommend.''. He told me in advance how much the work would cost and even suggested that I contact a more local locksmith as this would be cheaper (giving me the contact details).
