Lots of lights but customer service has room for improvement. Was in the business twice within a week it wasn't a case that someone was having a bad day. This business could be fantastic but needs improvement with the sales team.

Visited the shop yesterday to collect an item ordered last week from the store. Had to wait for at least 30 mins before someone even asked me what I was after, poor communication from staff to customers. The same again today when I had to return the item as it didnt suit. These should have been a 5 minute visits at most. Expect to be waiting for a long time when you visit here. Maybe employ a few more members of staff?

A great variety of lighting & accessories! Bought a standard lamp to match one I had bought 6 months ago. Then I bought a smaller version for bedside (rude not to!). Also got some smart plugs too. Staff were so… helpful & knowledgeable, offered coffee on arrival. (nice wee touch). Prices were good & delivery to door via courier one week after placing order. Christmas decorations etc were just being put on display, so another wee trip could be on the cards! Karen & Stuart were both so helpful, thank you. I would definitely recommend a trip if you are considering either one

Great place to go visit, so many beautiful things to pick from, very friendly staff, and great service. Just back from there Christmas Extravaganza night and we had a great time, served by Martina and Stuart and nothing was too much bother for them.. thank you JR for a lovely evening.
