Have had to call Clint several times to raise my fire curtain (after it dropped due to power cuts). He has been so helpful in answering my calls at all hours of the day, each time walking me through the reset process. Have even offered to pay him for his time, but because of his generosity and honesty, he has refused every time. All I can say is big thanks to him!
