Two types of insulation grants are available to homeowners and private tenants. 100% grants cover the full cost of Cavity Wall Insulation and Loft Insulation. Partial grants for insulation can cover between 40% and 70% of the cost. In both cases, the insulation grants are arranged by Polybead Insulation and they do not have to be paid back.
Insulation Process

Polybead insulation will contact the customer and arrange a mutualy convenient day and time to survey the property. The survey is free off charge and will take approx 25 minutes to complete to correctly assess the insulation requirements. You are under no obligation to have have the works done after the survey.
Loft Boarding/ Clearance

Polybead Insulation are now offering a loft clearance and loft boarding service together with our insulation expertise making us a one stop shop for all your loft space needs. Once the loft is insulated to a depth of at least 11 inches (270mm) it makes it impossible to walk and store your possessions in the loft.
