Loved the windows - until one of them spontaneously shattered. Although they have a 10 year warranty on glass, this apparently is not covered! I'd certainly be careful about those T&Cs...and am certain I won't use them again.
Edit: I'd say that spontaneously shattering glass IS a defect with the glass performance

Pretty average doors. Customer service quite poor. Price was above average. Won't be using this company again.

The second time we have used Kloeber for windows. Made a horrific decision to use another company in between which was a nightmare.
Kloeber are a very professional outfit. Communication is outstanding. Each department knows what the other is doing. The windows turn up with the fitters on the day reserved! Both fitting teams we had were excellent....John and Logan who were here from start to finish are absolute professionals. Left the site immaculate. Nothing too much trouble. Would recommend.

Very efficient pre sales service and we were kept informed along the way. Fitters arrived promptly in the day of fitting and did a great job.

(5 meter bi-fold patio doors)
Sales team were not pushy and were extremely helpful ensuring that we had the correct measurements and preparation for an effective installation. The team installed the doors really well. I am very happy with the product, whilst they may not be the cheapest the quality of the product is unmatched.
