Novello are absolutely outstanding surveyors. Brilliant customer service from the outset from Lily and Abby and an incredibly detailed and thorough survey/conversation with Lewis. The survey was hugely enlightening re the property I was about to purchase, flagging so many sinister and concealed issues that it actually caused me to walk away from the sale, no doubt saving me a potential fortune further down the line if I had proceeded. I will, without question, be using Novello for my future purchases and cannot recommend them highly enough.
