Terrible quality of product. I purchased a dining chair and after just over 1 year I went to sit on it and it collapsed (You've been framed moment). I took the seat cover off and the metal frame was completely rusted and had snapped. Not what I would expect from any chair let alone one costing hundreds of . Very bad quality. Not impressed. Customer Services gave me the usual "its out of warranty so cant do anything". Be Warned!!!!

Possibly one of the poorest demonstrations of customer service in the history of customer service.
Having placed an order for Stressless Furniture amounting to over 10,000 nearly 5 months ago and taking a deposit of 2,500. Woods furniture of Dorchester are yet to deliver our furniture. They have been devoid of any communication or updates on shipping progress following a number of calls and requests for updates. No one in their senior management team has bothered to respond or indeed seem to care.
Appalling service, sad to have tried to support a local business and have been let down on

Ordered 2 sofas and an ottoman in April and was told by the salesman they would be delivered by the end of August, at the latest beginning of September. They were delivered yesterday 5th November!! We were constantly lied to about delivery! The manager is incredibly rude and indifferent! I would warn everyone to read the back of the order form before signing as there are lots of get out clauses! Once signed you cannot get a refund under any circumstances!! We would never use this company again!
