Deeply unprofessional company. We had a faulty dimmer switch in a new build property that we bought. Laser were the electrical contractors, and were asked to send an electrician to take a look. The electrician came and "fixed" the switch by stuffing the ends of the dimmer knobs with electrical tape. Needless to say that "fix" lasted about a day. When they sent a second electrician he replaced the dimmer modules (which should have been done in the first place) but got quite aggressive when I wanted to test them rather than just signing his job sheet for him - turned out they still weren't working
