I recently worked with Taylor Chartered Surveyors in Loughton and was really impressed. Theyre professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Elliot came out to survey the property and explained everything patiently. The report was delivered very fast, with all the details I needed laid out clearly. Their team (including Sasha) was easy to talk to, and the cost was fair compared to others Id looked at. Highly recommend them if you need a surveyor you can trust.

Great service for a reasonable price. The booking process was really easy. The visit was smooth. The surveyor arrived on time, was really respectful of my flat and the survey arrived within 24 -48 hrs.
