Delivered a box of tiles the wrong colour. Emailed customer services, no response. Countless phone calls, no response. Message on Facebook no response. Another email, no response. Still waiting to speak to someone 5 days after delivery with tiler waiting.

This company is amazing customer service is the best I spoke to a lovely young lady on a Sunday she helped me a lot ! I dont think I would get this sort of service in any customer service I got my tiles perfectly packed not a single scratch.... will definitely order again
