After coming to quote, Jon simply became uncontactable when we asked for availability to start. Emails, texts etc all received read receipts but no replies. Not an issue if a contractor is too busy to take on a new project but at least let customers know! Otherwise it is just wasting everyones time coming to quote. At least this happened at quote stage rather than half way through the project with money already on the table

What a great team! Arbor Flooring not only did a fantastic job patching and then sanding our parquet floor after our kitchen renovation, they worked with us and bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule which was quite volatile. Thank you Jon and Rhys for a fantastic job well done
