Services

Loft Conversion

Transform unused attic space into functional living areas with tailored designs. Our conversions maximize property value while meeting individual needs. Projects include structural modifications, insulation, and finishing touches for habitable spaces.

Dormer Conversion

Create additional headroom and floor space with our dormer loft conversions. This popular design features a vertical window extension, ideal for bedrooms or bathrooms. We handle planning permissions and structural requirements seamlessly.

Hip to Gable Conversion

Convert sloping roof ends to vertical gable ends for maximum space utilization. Particularly suitable for semi-detached properties, this conversion type often avoids planning permission requirements in London and Essex areas.

Mansard Conversion

Achieve a dramatic roof transformation with our mansard conversions. This four-sided design with steep slopes creates extensive living space, often used for luxury extensions in central London properties.

Home Extensions

Complement loft conversions with ground floor extensions. Our team designs cohesive solutions that enhance property functionality, including kitchen-diners, living spaces, and additional bedrooms with matching architectural styles.

Excellent communications and delivery right from the moment we had an initial brief all the way through to after the loft was complete. Very highly quality work at a great price. And Erjon at his team were a pleasure to have in our home. Would definitely get more work from them and would recommend them

I had a great experience with Absolute. They got the job going quickly, worked very hard and finished the job on time. They did a dormer build up to first fix and I'm very happy with the results. The office staff were always available when I needed them and Chris the main builder did everything I asked. Would highly recommend them. Would also like thank Tony in the office who got a snagging issue sorted out quickly and was very helpful and supportive.

After my original builders let me down Absolute Lofts answered my SOS call and were absolutely first class. From start to finish Absolute Lofts were professional, knowledgable and honest about the work and timescales. Their site team, led by Gus, were top professionals, reliable, delivered quality work and were full of good advice on all aspects of my project. They restored my faith in the loft conversion trade and I would thoroughly recommend using them, my big regret is not going with them from day 1.

We had a great experience with Absolute Lofts. The team were great to work with. We had a comprehensive thorough initial meeting in which we discussed what we were after and we were shown some great ideas which we would never have thought of. We felt Absolute Lofts had our best interests at heart and really cared about the design and finish we wanted. We had other companies quote for the work but were nowhere as thorough, taking measurements and going up into the loft to make sure what we wanted would actually be possible.. The communication from the company was fantastic. Having an initial meeting

We used Absolute Lofts to complete our loft extension on our house in Balham. From day one we were very impressed with their professionalism. The guys in the office kept contact with us during the entire build together with weekly visits to site. The teams worked every day including some weekends to get our works completed as quickly as possible. We were really pleased with the end result and their attention to detail was great. We would recommend Absolute Lofts to anyone looking for a loft conversion.

Absolute Lofts recently finished our loft conversion and we were extremely pleased with the result. The work was completed within the agreed time frame, to a very high standard and on budget. The principle contractor was most informative, constantly keeping us up to date as to the progress of the build. The team were immaculately clean with a minimal of disruption and mess. We were absolutely delighted with the result and would certainly recommend Absolute Lofts to others.

Project just completed, on time and on budget. Absolute lofts were great all the way through the process, the communication was excellent and they were always happy to help. The team we had on site managed by Chris were fantastic. We could not believe how quickly things happened, the team was very professional and were not intrusive at all. They cleaned up every day and our house was very liveable throughout, even with having to work from home sometimes. The whole build was completed in 6 weeks to a very high standard. All decisions were run by us and any amendments taken care of swiftly.
