Positive:Professionalism
The friction hinge on the tip-up window folded up jamming the window open in my first floor flat. The guy turned up, stripped the window down to its components to replace both hinge sets. He was done and gone in no time. The window fits better now than it ever did before. Very good service

Had a window replaced with a bifold door. Work included removing brickwork etc. Work carried out to a very high standard, and work area left spotlessly clean. Very pleased with the end result.
