Dan was quick and reliable, even when he couldn't find the office initially he waited around until he could get hold of someone and didn't use it as an excuse to leave the job, Did work on a commercial unit for us, would definitely use again.

During his initial visit Tony outlined the advantages of a split system providing air conditioning to both our lounge/diner and master bedroom. He also explained that modern AC systems are actually heat pumps, providing cold air in the summer and warm air in the winter (the latter at no extra cost) thus saving the need to have radiators on in the lounge/diner. As there is no heating element involved the warm air is (almost) free! Two alternative systems were quoted and we decided on a Daikin. Pre-installation queries were answered promptly by Val and Dan.
