My Letting Agency use Heatfinders for all our Boiler and Plumbing issues. Each time Ian has come over he's been very polite, courteous and keeps us up to date on his whereabouts to arrive on time. Never not been able to resolve an issue yet. On a side note: Ian was very aware of my personal need for my own space whilst working from home and respected my privacy.
