Scammers. Avoid them! They exploit the customers by ordering unnecessary items in excess just to meet their sales target. The Sales Manager Tom is a big joker who doesn't know his job and what parts to order for a specific design. They use a nice sales pitch to get you signed into their terms of order and once delivered its impossible to return the items, eventhough they were ordered in excess at the company fault

It's been 10 days since my first request and still haven't gotten a quote from them. Apparently kitchens around the 9k mark aren't interesting to them. All other companies I've spoken two got back to me within a day. Does not tell me I'd have a good service at all if I buy my kitchen through them.

Awesome experience with Unitsonline. We found their kitchen door selection far more extensive than other similar online kitchen retailers and the lead times much quicker. The prices were really competitive. The product itself was perfect and everything we ordered spot on. Customer service were helpful throughout answering all our questions. Would highly recommend.

I requested an appointment at the showroom as indicated on the website. I received an email to say that those who had already purchased a kitchen were being prioritised and so effectively 'no, you can't'. Not even a date offered in the future. I live locally and was hoping very much to buy with them. I was given information that I could already… access on the website so was not at all helpful.
Covid 19 is not an excuse to not offer an appointment 'at some point'! If this is initial customer service, then I guess I should be glad that I found out now. Such a shame.

Lovely units, easy to fit, although the paint has already chipped off weeks after getting them. The customer service is pretty painful, with a lot of going back and forth on the phone. Love my kitchen, not sure I would use the company again.
