Services
Architectural Design
We create tailored architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects. Our process combines client requirements with site-specific considerations to produce functional, aesthetically distinctive designs. Services cover new builds, extensions, and listed building conversions, ensuring compliance with planning and building regulations.
Planning Applications
Our planning expertise navigates complex local authority requirements. We prepare and submit detailed applications, including pre-application consultations, supporting documentation, and liaison with authorities. This ensures smooth approvals for projects ranging from domestic extensions to large-scale commercial developments.
3D Visualisation
We create photorealistic 3D visualisations to communicate design intent clearly. This technology aids client decision-making and planning applications by showcasing materials, spatial relationships, and environmental integration before construction begins.
Land Surveys
Our measured surveys capture precise site conditions using advanced tools. This data forms the foundation for design development, ensuring accurate spatial planning and identifying constraints affecting project feasibility and design direction.
Building Control Drawings
We produce detailed technical drawings for building regulation compliance. These specifications guide contractors on structural requirements, insulation standards, and safety measures, ensuring projects meet statutory standards while maintaining design integrity.
