Following a CCTV drain survey, I received a quotation from Ajet Drains for the necessary remedial work, which I accepted.
Unfortunately, despite chasing the company numerous times, I have still not been given a start date, and my recent attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. This is particularly frustrating as the problem involves raw sewage backing up at a tenanted property, making the work urgent.
I appreciate that companies can be busy, but I would expect reasonable communication, particularly when dealing with an issue of this nature. I have been left extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the continued uncertainty over when the work will be carried out.

Wow ... The positive attitude and professionalism from the team to the office staff. Was a difficult and hard job but they persevered and completed on time. No one would have known they had been on site , excavated concrete & tiles to find the leak as they repaired andcleaned up superbly afterwards. Well done and highly recommended.

Sometimes when you deal with a company you realise they really know what they are talking about.Ajet and their men are one of those companies. We thought we had a major problem on our hands, but they came up with a solution and made it seem very easy. The office staff, and the men on site, were very hard-working, efficient, and very professional. I would totally recommend them.
