I used JED Cleaners 5 months ago while some pandemic positive found in our neighborhood, & JED were performed a excellent piece of work. The price is so reasonable, very hard working. Five star is lesser, They are 7 Star service provider.

Worst service ever. I booked the end of tenancy cleaning service and they cancelled it one night before even after taking 65% advance payment. When I called them in the morning the guy started shouting and used vulgar and foul language. I had to pay extra money to the other cleaners for quick booking. The company does not treat their customers well. The guy on the phone is really arrogant. He used bad language even with my wife. Had absolutely the worst experience with them. Please do not book them.

Came once and didn't do a good enough clean so we had to get them back and they never turned up. They then failed to refund us for over a month afterwards avoiding our calls and emails. Would recommend to avoid at all costs

I am a landlord and my tenant booked this company when her tenancy ended, no doubt because the company that I trust and had suggested to her was too expensive (though I do not actually know what she paid Jed). Thus I was concerned it would not be up to par. I obviously went online and straight to the 1 star review first as one does. It was because of lateness or not turning up or something. Not something to be that concerned with in my opinion given the nature of online reviews. The other reviews seemed to find the company was excellent.
