Measured Surveys
Measured Surveys generate accurate scale floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections using AutoCAD. These technical drawings support home extensions, renovations, and planning applications. Our team ensures precision for both modern and historic properties.
Historic Property Consultants
We specialise in the repair and restoration of historic structures, including Ancient Monuments and Listed Buildings. Our services include heritage impact statements and collaboration with The National Trust to preserve architectural significance.
Photogrammetry
Photogrammetry creates dimensionally accurate 3D models from digital images. This technology records irregular buildings and supports conservation projects, such as the Market Cross in Barnard Castle, using Revit-compatible outputs.
Project Management
We manage building projects from work schedules to contractor selection and contract administration. Recent projects include flood recovery at Wordsworth House and restoration of Grade II listed properties in conservation areas.
Planning Applications

I needed a land survey doing on a tight deadline and used Lewis Surveying, who were able to make a start quickly and completed the job on time. Very easy to deal with and nice to use a local family run business.
