Honest and truthful sales. Won’t sell you something you won’t use or isn’t suitable for you or your budget. Good after sales which is always a bonus. So far so good. Going to book a Hot Tub service with them to see what that experience is like! Would and have already recommended.

Bought my hot tub from these guys last year and the on going help and support afterwards has been amazing! Just called the showroom and spoke to Scott in a panic because I know Adam is on holiday and he talked me through what I needed to do over the phone as the tub had gone into rest mode. Thanks again Scott! You are a star! These guys literally cannot do enough to help and don’t just go away once you have purchased!

I absolutely would and already have highly recommended this company. From start to finish they have been helpful, informative and knowledgeable about their products. We had ours installed recently and the two men who arrived couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. The man who showed me how the hot tub operates and functions was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring that I could call anytime if I needed any support with anything. Absolutely top company. Thank you aqua fun for making our experience a simple and exciting one. 😀🙏🏻

Wouldnt recommend. We knew someone who had got a hot tub from here and recommended them, we went down to the show room and put a deposit down on a hot tub and they said 8-10 weeks. That was on the 12th March. After months of ringing and ringing, we never got anywhere and never got an apology. Always said theyd ring us back and never did, never replied to our texts, the owner was never available to speak and when they did answer they were so unhelpful and rude. After 12 weeks of waiting with no luck, and no expected delivery date I actually would have begrudged to give them over 5K as they
