We are highly delighted with the quality of flooring and service we received from Floormaster. Everything about our experience of dealing with them is positive. We ordered carpets for 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing as well as Amtico in the kitchen and utility. To begin with the knowledge and advice from the staff in the shop helped us work out what was the most suitable flooring and there was no problem with us taking a variety of samples so we could see them in our home. They were also very helpful and accommodating in arranging suitable days for fitting. The fitters

Friendly knowledgeable and efficient service. From the first step into the shop, to the second the fitter left our house, we have been impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The fitter, Damien, was fast, efficient and friendly. He was happy to chat and explain what he was doing. We were allowed to take a sample home to see if the flooring would suit the area and decor. We had luxury vinyl tiles installed and the finished look is stunning. Thank you floormaster
I would fully recommend that you go visit and make the right choice.

An amazing and professional service from start to end. The staff in the sales room were extremely informative and guided me to the most suitable product for my needs. The surveyor also helped me make a more informed decision. The fitter was efficient and left everything clean and tidy before he left. The installation is one of the best I have seen. Thank you floor master for such a professional and efficient service.

Have only praise for the guys at Floormaster. From the advice given on the sales floor, the accurate prediction of stock coming in and fitting dates likely available, everything spot on. The fitter was brilliant, so polite and thoughtful, worked non stop (and only on our job, wasn't called away as can happen with others)very skilled too, an immaculate finish to our Amtico flooring throughout the ground floor. Completed in the four days estimated, no need to touch up painted skirting boards or anything, you'd never know they'd been. Thanks to all at Floormaster, we would not hesitate to recommend

I would highly recommend Floormaster. I have used previously to supply wood flooring, hence going back when it was time to replace bedroom, stairs, study and landing carpets. Great service in helping choose the carpet and the fitters were friendly and did a superb job. Will be visiting again for any future floor coverings.

Had lounge carpet fitted today. This is the third time we have used Floormaster in recent years. First class service yet again from Ian and all his team. If you want the peace of mind of dealing with a professional company who are clearly on top of their game then look no further than Floormaster. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone
