We love our new kitchen! The design process in particular was excellent - Mark's ability to change the entrance way has meant that we now have the space that we craved for. We've just had a new kitchen installed by Kensington Scott and we are delighted with the final result. They were extremely helpful right from the start, both in coming round to our house to look at the space and make suggestions and also on our visits to the showroom to discuss choices with them. We have ended up with a kitchen which is lighter and brighter, has more storage and feels updated and practical while also looking good. One of the main reasons we chose Kensington Scott was because they offered a complete service, so that we weren't having to coordinate separate contractors for all the

Despite all the very positive reviews online, regrettably we cannot give the same positive feedback about Kensington Scott. If you have lots of money to spend and use them for a complete design/fit service I'm sure they are excellent but our advice would be to not use them if you want supply only of a new kitchen. At the start all seemed very positive, a good design and helpful decision process for the kitchen itself. Unfortunately we simply could not afford the quote provided by them, and were going to go to Howdens instead. They insisted that they could still provide a kitchen on a 'supply only
