Lessers have been around for many years. Originally a Tamworth-based furniture store, the graduation to full fledged removal company was natural. At the helm was David Lesser who carried the family name forward. In 2018 David handed the name and removal business to his manager Malcolm Taylor who is now trading under the Lessers Removals brand and running the company under the new company name of Malcolm Taylor & Sons Ltd.
Having been with Lessers Removals since its inception, Malcolm is perfectly placed to continue the high tradition. Our Porters are all time-served employees with a combined service of over 100 years, Malcolm alone accounts for 50 of those. Despite the company ownership change don't be surprised to occasionally hear David's voice at the end of the phone line.

We know how difficult moving home can be and how many things you have to remember. Our removal team will help any way we can to ensure you have a stress-free and relaxed moving experience. Our team will arrive fully equipped for the move. We will bring blankets, tools, trolleys and packing materials.
Packing Advice

We offer full packing assistance and will help you wrap and protect everything - your heirlooms, mirrors, artwork, etc. We strongly recommend you use our boxes for your packing, they are tri-wall cardboard construction and come in two standard sizes for easy stacking and storage. They are extremely substantial.

Comments: I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have made 12 moves in 26 years and Lessers is the best removal company we have used without doubt. It was a massively complicated move as the contents of a 6,500 sq ft house had to be separated and transported into two locations; our own property and storage from Bedford to Perth, Scotland.

You will also receive a copy of your enquiry by email, sent to the email address you entered. Once we have confirmed the quote we will supply our starter pack of 10 small boxes, 10 large boxes, 2 rolls of sealing tape and a supply of wrapping paper to get you started at the cost of 1 per box. Additional boxes are also 1 each.
