Had similar experience to one of other reviewers. Arranged survey but no-one turned up. Rang to ell them and spoke to a different member of staff who re-arranged home visit. Still no-one arrived. They couldn't be bothered so we went somewhere else.

They have me some great advise and I really liked the new product they told me about. Sent an email with all the info they wanted about my stove and didn't get a reply but thought a guy would ring me to come round and give me a quote. Heard nothing so rang the Dorchester branch and got told he was on holiday and back next week so I said ok. Next week came and went and heard nothing so rang again and spoke to a guy who was going to come out today ( Friday 25th may 2018 @ 08.30 ) but a no show and my question is to you why not?? Are you all millionaires and don't need the money or work?? I'm surprised

Went to them for advice on a wood burning stove. They were very informative but unbiased, patient, and overall very helpfull. We bough the stove from them and they delivered it to Wiltshire for us. All in all first class service.

This place is an absolute joke!
I've booked 3 slots for quotes to have a survey for a new fireplace and not once has anyone turned up!?!
1st excuse: Guy was ill. That's fine, these things happen.
2nd excuse: We forgot to tell the guy about the booking
3rd excuse: Forgot to tell him again
This is not how to run a business people!
