Many of the windows we are asked to replace are over 100 years old and they are beginning to show it! Combining traditional construction methods with the latest manufacturing techniques, we offer a complete replacement window service, including home installation. We can make windows to your exact requirements, including matching existing mouldings or creating brand new architect designs.
Doors

B. Murphy offers a bespoke door and door frame service; whether it is matching an existing door or working to architects drawings. We create beautiful and secure hard wood or soft wood doors which can include triple glazing, security locks and hinges and a full fitting service, as required. Options include: Georgian hardwood and softwood doors, replacement door frames, internal panel doors, external doors, French windows and garage doors.

Other examples of our work include porches, conservatories, hardwood gates and garage doors as well as the gable timber work you will see on the right. We were also involved in the redevelopment of a commercial street in Ealing, making many of the traditional timber shop fronts. Using the traditional mortice and tenon method which can be routed to any profile we have an established reputation for curved joinery.

Accoya is soft wood that has been treated with acetic acid. This transforms the wood cells so they can absorb almost no water, dramatically increasing the woods durability, mould and insect resistance and stability.
