TCL carried out a full building survey to a property that we're currently in the process of purchasing. Matt and the team were very professional with regards to our survey, which proved very worthwhile identifying a lot of underlying issues although nothing major but what we would have been none the wiser too. He was also very helpful with many a questions we had afterwards for the works and costs! Would highly recommend.
